Since 1983 the Health Sciences and Human Services Library has served as the headquarters for the National Network of Libraries of Medicine Southeastern\/Atlantic Region. The HS\/HSL has been awarded a cooperative agreement to continue in this capacity from 2016-2021. This agreement, worth over $6M, supports NIH\u2019s National Library of Medicine health information outreach efforts over 10 southeastern states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia, representing 25% of the U.S population. Additionally, the HS\/HSL has been named the National DOCLINE Coordinating Office to facilitate resources sharing across the United States.
