On December 6 and 7, The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will host an Opioid Symposium and Code-a-Thon to promote and employ innovative ways to leverage technology and data to address the nationwide opioid epidemic.<\/p>\n

Symposium<\/strong><\/p>\n

The HHS Opioid Symposium will showcase promising practices in data and technology that have improved outcomes in communities across the country that state and local leaders can bring back to their communities.<\/p>\n

The Symposium is taking place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on December 6th at HHS headquarters in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n

You may register to join in-person or view the event via a live videostream.<\/p>\n

Code-a-Thon<\/strong><\/p>\n

We need your help to develop data-driven solutions to combat the opioid epidemic, building on\u00a0HHS\u2019 five-part strategy<\/a>.\u00a0Are you up for the challenge?<\/p>\n
