October is Health Literacy Month. Did you know the library has resources &amp; online workshops to support health literacy? The HSHSL has a\u00a0health literacy guide\u00a0with resources for healthcare providers and patients. You can learn how to assess health literacy, write in plain language, how to convey numerical concepts to patients, and even where to find health information in other languages.
