T. Sue Gladhill Boardroom Request Form

  • T. Sue Gladhill Boardroom: Use of the Gladhill Boardroom is reserved for special events with priority use given to the President's Office. Functions must be requested and attended by the President, a Dean, or a Vice President and must not be a recurring event. Please review the Gladhill Boardroom Guidelines and Policies before submitting your request.

    For training events, please see the Collaborative Learning Room.
  • Boardroom Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Location: Room 505, Fifth Floor Tower
  • Room Capacity: Seats 22 at conference table; up to 64 guests seated; and up to 100 guests standing. Click here for sample layouts and room capacity
  • Technology: The Gladhill Board Room is equipped with a computer, two large displays, and both handheld and lavalier microphones for event use. Displays can also be linked to a personal computer via HDMI cable, or presentations may be sent ahead of time for use from the Boardroom computer.
  • Virtual Conferencing: The Gladhill Boardroom does not currently support any virtual or hybrid events and cannot accommodate the use of Zoom, WebEx, or any other virtual meeting platforms.

  • Table Dimensions: Center oval table 72"x90"; rectangular tables 36"x 72"; round tables 60". All tables used for food and beverage require linens.
  • The Gladhill Boardroom is equipped with retractable shades for windows.
  • Catering and Deliveries: Catering and other event-related deliveries must be scheduled after 8 AM and must be delivered to the Library loading dock found at the back side of the Library facing Pratt St. The event host must be present to accept all deliveries.

  • Lactation room available
