President’s Outreach Council 6th Annual Art Exhibit & Silent Auction

The University of Maryland President’s Outreach Council will host its 6th Annual Community Partner Art Exhibit and Silent Auction from Friday May 9th through Tuesday May 27th.
This exhibit features artwork created by students attending George Washington Elementary and Southwest Baltimore Charter schools where UMB runs CLUB UMB, a free after-school mentoring and youth leadership program. CLUB UMB links UMB faculty, staff and students with children participating students to promote academic achievement, personal health and wellness and career exploration opportunities.
Submit your bid at the silent auction for original artwork. Bidding closes at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27th.
Proceeds support the CLUB UMB Science Olympiad Team. Proceeds will fund science materials, team fees, etc. for students to compete in the Maryland Science Olympiad Competition.
A closing reception will be held on Tuesday, May 27, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Health Sciences & Human Services Library. Doors open at 5 p.m.
