Open Access Publishing at UMB

Open-access (OA) literature is digital, online, free of charge, and free of most copyright and licensing restrictions. However, not all open access models are created equal. The dashboards below show a summary of UMB's open access publishing history over the past five years, organized and filterable by year, school, and open access model. The second tab shows publisher, journal, and citation information for open-access articles, while the third tab shows a list of all publications, filterable by author and affiliation. All data come from Scopus, which is the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, but which does not index every existing journal. As a result, some articles by UMB authors may not be captured in this dashboard.
