Conference Rooms

The HSHSL Conference Rooms may be reserved by University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), UMMC, VA Faculty, staff and students.

Guidelines:

• Please follow Library Policies when requesting a room
  • Conference and Meeting Rooms Policy
  • Collaborative Learning Room Policy
  
  
• Reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance using the online form.
• Conference rooms are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Please remove all trash, food and drink after a meeting. Public trash and recycling bins can be found throughout the building.

Family Conference Room

• Room 131, first floor, south
• Seats 14 people at the table

Sherman Center for Health Care Innovation

• Room 405, fourth floor, north
• Seats 10 people at the table
• Video Conferencing

Collaborative Learning Room

• Room LL02, lower level
• Seats 40 people
• Users are responsible for room setup. There are 3 setups from which to choose.
