Conference Rooms

The HSHSL Conference Rooms may be reserved by University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), UMMC, VA Faculty, staff and students.

Guidelines:

• Please follow Library Policies when requesting a room
  • General Room Use Guidelines
  • Rooms may be used for research-related presentations, instruction, and professional meetings hosted by UMB faculty, staff and recognized student organizations. Rooms are not to be used for group study, parties, receptions or social events.
  
  
• Reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance using the online form.
• Conference rooms are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Please remove all trash, food and drink after a meeting. Public trash and recycling bins can be found throughout the building.
