Welcome to the HSHSL Innovation Space!

The Innovation Space is designed for collaborative prototyping, learning, and experimentation. It offers consultations with a librarian, 3D printers and scanners, virtual reality gear, electronics kits, anatomical models, workshops, poster printing, a button maker, and more. All projects - big or small, professional or personal - are welcome. Commercial activities are limited. Other restrictions may apply (such as 3D print job time limits, etc.)

We encourage all UMB students, faculty, and staff interested in experimenting with 3D printing, 3D modeling, virtual reality, etc., to visit the Innovation Space. If you have any questions, suggestions, or ideas for collaboration, please contact us at ispace@hshsl.umaryland.edu.

Subscribe to the Innovation Space Newsletter

The HSHSL Innovation Space Newsletter is published periodically throughout the year and features stories about the people using the HSHSL Innovation Space and other news related to 3D printing and more.
