The HS/HSL will have modified hours on Thursday, August 29th and Friday, August 30th due to the Baltimore Grand Prix. The library will be open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on these days. The library will be closed Saturday, August 31th through Monday ,September 2nd for the Labor Day Holiday weekend. Regular library hours will resume Tuesday, September 3rd.

RefWorks Maintenance Downtime 8/24-8/25
Beginning on Saturday August 24th at 10:00pm EDT there will be a downtime window for RefWorks lasting until Sunday August 25th at 4:00am EDT. This means that users will not be able to access network paths for RefWorks during this time period, and attempted access will redirect you to a reminder about the scheduled maintenance hours.
Over 6,500 New E-books Now Available
The HS/HSL is participating with the University System of Maryland libraries in a shared EBL eBook collection. There are over 6,500 titles available through the catalog or OneSearch. Adobe Digital Editions is required to check out and read the books.

DSM-V and Psychiatry Online Now Available
Psychiatry Online is a web-based portal that gives access to many psychiatric references including the DSM-IV and the American Journal of Psychiatry. Other references included in Psychiatry Online are American Psychiatric Association Practice Guidelines, self-assessment tools for study, board, and recertification review, and medication information handouts for patients.
