The HSHSL will launch a year-long premium trial of Consensus, an “AI-powered search engine for scientific research papers.” Consensus uses large language models to search, analyze, and summarize research findings. It is designed to make it easier to explore topics, compare studies, and understand the current state of evidence.

The free trial, organized by the HSHSL, will begin in January 2026. Details on how to access the trial will be shared at the start of the new year. Stay tuned for more information on how you can try out this emerging tool and share your feedback.

Breakfast for Dinner and Your Library Memory 🍳✨

Breakfast for Dinner

Finals are here, and the HSHSL has the comfort food you need to keep going. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, home fries, and more will be served breakfast-for-dinner style. Join us on Monday, Dec. 8, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the HSHSL’s Weise Gallery.

While you wait in line, we invite you to share a library memory. Think about a favorite study spot, an event you enjoyed, a librarian or staff member who helped you, a funny moment, or anything that has stayed with you.

We will hand you a slip of paper and a pen. Write your memory and pin it to our felt board so it becomes part of the library’s story.

This event is co-sponsored by URecFit and Wellness and funded by the University Student Government Association (USGA).

Good luck with finals!
